As Chief Expansion Officer, Chris Beucler led Blue Heron’s expansion initiatives, drawing on extensive experience in homebuilding and development. Previously, Chris was instrumental in shaping Blue Heron’s Nexus Division, launching ten communities, and delivering over 174 homes. His expertise lies in fostering developer partnerships, identifying new market opportunities, and expanding the company’s footprint while maintaining its commitment to delivering unique, luxurious living environments.

Chris served as Chief Operating Officer for Zephyr Partners in San Diego for ten years, managing over $494 million in completed projects and $879 million in developments. Before that, he spent 11 years building award-winning custom homes at Beucler Signature Homes in San Diego. He served as Division President of Ryland Homes in Southern California, overseeing the delivery of over 4,200 homes valued at over $840 million.
